This policy covers the Divera Decision Engine iPhone app and the engine service at engine.divera-ai.com, both operated by Divera AI Technologies.
Nothing that identifies you. The app has no accounts and asks for no personal information. It does not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs or tracking of any kind.
When you use the app, your phone exchanges requests with Divera's engine over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The engine keeps a random session identifier in a cookie so that your workspace, the market you opened and the simulations you ran, stays separate from other users. That identifier is not linked to you, and idle workspaces are deleted after six hours.
Like any web server, the engine logs the network address and time of requests for reliability and abuse prevention. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used for profiling.
All markets in the app are synthetic respondent panels created by Divera. They contain no real individuals. Datasets are never transferred to your phone; the data and the computation remain on the engine.
When you ask for a written interpretation of a result, the engine sends a short numeric summary of that result, and any question you typed, to a language model hosted by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio to compose the text. No personal data is included.
The engine is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Singapore.
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
